Description
68" Velox Revolution
The 68 Velox Revolution, developed by Scott Stoops, is the bad-boy hot rod 3D plane you hooligan pilots have been looking for. Hovering, harriering, rolling, spinning, KE maneuvers, fast lines, harsh tumbles, all kinds of bizarre gyroscopic maneuversthe Velox will open up a whole world of giant-scale performance in an affordable package that you can transport without a trailer or even a big pickup.

The Velox also has superb manners - a very low wing loading gives extremely slow landing speeds and the careful design provides coupling-free knife edge. Knife edge loops with the Velox arent scary, theyre fun, even down low.

The 68 Velox easily accepts electric, gas, or glow power. A brushless outrunner motor mount is included, as is also a glow engine motor mount. All ball-link hardware is included, as is carbon landing gear attached to a fiberglass/carbon reinforced plate, wing bags, genuine ultracote covering, carbon wing tube, locking hatch latch, carbon-reinforced fuselage, removable SFGs, aluminum axles, carbon tail wheel, and more.

Required Equipment:


Gasoline:
DLE-20 Engine with 17x6 prop Recommended
The DLE-20 is a lightweight and powerful combination for the 68" Velox that provides good pullout from hover and very light weight for excellent 3D. Use the fiberglass beam mounts included in the Velox kit.

DLE-30 Engine with 20x6 prop or Vess 19A prop
The DLE-30 provides extreme vertical and high-speed performance on the 68" Velox. Use with caution. See first video above.

Various 26CC Engines:
Various 26cc engines work well for sport and mild 3D performance on the Velox. The use of a modern prop, such as Vess Aero, is highly recommended.

For all gas engines that mount on standoffs, standoffs will have to be custom-fit to the engine. Basic standoff material is supplied in the kit. For gas use, a gas-compatible fuel-tank stopper will need to be used in the stock fuel tank.

Glow Engines:

1.60-1.80 glow, use beam mounts, tank, and stopper supplied in kit.

This Plane is a MUST-HAVE in Your 3D Toolbox!
  Locked-in harriers and hovers are a couple of the many attributes this plane possesses. Dial down to be a smooth stable machine that will help any novice progress with ease. But then it can be CRANKED UP to make it a Crazy 3D MONSTER, capable of all the wildest maneuvers! This plane is a must-have for anyone from a budding 3D wanna-be to a seasoned professional. Flight Sim Perfection in a Real Airplane
  The 68" Velox is without a doubt the truest flying airplane available. It feels as forgiving as a foamie but has the "wow" factor of bigger airplanes. I was amazed at how quickly I was flying hard maneuvers down low. This airplane has NO bad quirks. Best choice I ever made!

Great
  This is a great flying plane I love it but the only issue I have with it is cosmetic with the canopy on who wants to see the electronics but a little touch of spray paint fixs that other than that it is so smooth does great flat spins put it in a hover and it stays put
